Project Management Support


In addition to core work packages, the business tools have supported specific work across projects and procurement packages as follows:
  • Execute phase project delivery – Cost and planning delivery for complete client project, Samphire delivered the support which covered all areas including trees, subsea contractor, topsides contractor and topsides construction contractor as well as all client internal project costs. This allowed the full project to be delivered, managed, and reported under Samphire resources / systems
  • Procurement package – Cost, planning and procurement management of fabrication packages for a subsea campaign on behalf of a client
Result Theses projects were fully delivered by Samphire through the use of the Samphire in house team supported by our systems to provide the appropriate management and reporting back to the client. This can be adapted for large / small projects / work packages as the needs of the work requires it. Use of client systems can also be part supported should that assist internal reporting.
