Samphire Subsea is collaborating with Robert Gordon University (RGU) providing industry experience for post grad students. This represents a great opportunity for Samphire Subsea to support the local universities and provide something positive back into the academic community. It provides valuable industry experience for the students while promoting Samphire Subsea in the graduate market.
After a short screening process, Gladys Afenyo was selected specifically to assist us with marketing and social media promotion which fits with her studies in MSc Corporate Communications and Public Affairs. Through this assignment, Gladys will help establish and energise the company message across existing clients and help the communication into new markets.
Gladys is a proud Ghanaian national who has been studying in Aberdeen since 2015. As part of her assignment, Gladys is also helping Samphire Subsea understand the West African culture in preparation for our visit to the area in June.

To engage, establish and develop strategic business relationship, Samphire is attending the 16th Annual Nigeria Oil & Gas Conference & Exhibition in Abuja between 13 -16 June 2016. The conference which is honoured to host the President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria H.E. Muhammadu Buhari and other government representatives from the Ministry of Petroleum Resources, NNPC, policy makers, operating oil companies and international and indigenous service companies presents a great networking opportunity.
